Dani routinely assists people to manage anxiety, depression and stress, and has a particular focus on family issues. These include the management of challenging behaviours and distressing emotions for children; as well as supporting parents in maintaining a holistic approach to therapy. Dani has collaborated with the Department of Human Services, involving issues of Child Protection, Family Violence and Sexual Assault. She has also managed the Victims of Crime Program before entering private practice.
Dani has expertise in helping people recover from trauma whether the trauma was experienced recently or in childhood. Clients are encouraged to set realistic goals and will be respectfully guided through the process of change. She is also passionate in working with schools and can provide funding reports for children with disabilities.
Dani has completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Family Studies) and a Masters of Psychology (Child and Family). She is also registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) qualifying her for the practice of Psychology in Australia.
Whether they are issues of anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties or confidence building, Kristin is dedicated to finding solutions, and enabling the development of a programme that works for each person. She can also work with families, and help parents gain the skills needed to foster a positive home environment.
She has a Bachelor of Science, with a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology and Masters of Psychology (Counselling). She is also registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, enabling the practice of Psychology in Australia.
Michelle is able to complete observations of children within childcare, kindergarten and school environments. This assists her to be able to provide a holistic approach to both assessment and therapy. She routinely works together with other professionals including teachers, Paediatricians and Occupational Therapists and is able to provide formal assessments where appropriate.
Michelle has worked in the public health system in early intervention and community health. She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Masters of Speech Pathology, and is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
