Julie Kelleher-Byrne

Occupational Therapist

Julie is an experienced Occupational Therapist. She is committed to providing support and guidance for children who may be experiencing difficulties or delays across all areas of their life, and guides both the child and their families towards reaching their fullest potential.

Julie makes use of a family centred approach when setting client goals and providing practical strategies to families and caregivers to assist them to reach these goals for the child. Her expertise includes areas of sensory processing, fine and gross motor co-ordination, executive functioning skills, handwriting and visual motor integration skills.

Julie works both in clinic and within educational settings including kindergartens, childcares, and school settings. She works closely and collaboratively with other involved professionals to form a holistic team approach to the child’s therapy.

Julie has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy and has worked in both the public and private sector for many years. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) enabling the practice of Occupational Therapy in Australia. She is also a member of the Occupational Therapy Association of Australia.




Tim Stone

Occupational Therapist

Tim has been providing Occupational Therapy interventions to children and adolescents since 2009. He uses a highly individualised strengths-based approach designed to focus on building self-awareness and developing understanding and independence through use of Occupational Therapy principles. Tim is experienced in treating children with ADHD, ADD, ASD and ODD as well as other behavioural and developmental concerns, and his broad and varied experience means his intervention style is innovative and tailored to clients’ needs.

Tim specialises in sensory processing treatment, emotional regulation and DIR Floortime therapy. He can provide individualised plans and treatment as well as parent coaching in theories and implementation of strategies. In addition, Tim provides strategies and support for gross and fine motor concerns, handwriting, motor planning difficulties, play and social skills, self-care and other activities of daily living.

Tim has worked in private practices in Melbourne, London and Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and further certification in Sensory Integration Treatment and theories. Tim is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) enabling the practice of Occupational Therapy in Australia. He is also a member of the Occupational Therapy Association of Australia.




Simon Finkelstein

Psychologist

Simon is a qualified Psychologist that, through his academic work and interests, is perfectly suited to help with the modern issues that we are needing to deal with today. Simon has a solid background in educational and developmental psychology providing him with a strong understanding of children, teenagers and families.

On the forefront of academic research, Simon will provide the most up to date and relevant treatment for his clients. With so much uncertainty in the world, he can provide a stable base to build off; a safe space that any client can grow from and build towards a better future.

Simon holds a double degree in Arts and Music, a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology and a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental). He is also registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), enabling the practice of Psychology in Australia.
